It’s been a few days since my last post due to an irritating work routine but I’m now off for two days and look forward to getting in some exercise and taking in the lovely weather.
Since I’ve started this blog I’ve lost half a stone. I think a large part of this is due to me being able to fight my cravings with an outpouring of woe here!
I did however give in an order an indian at the weekend there but it had been a tough day. I got more annoyed at the fact the company I ordered through online emailed me to say “Thank you for not cooking”. A reminder that I had a fridge full of healthy food waiting to be transformed into a delicious meal.
Time for a workout!
