It’s been a few days since my last post due to an irritating work routine but I’m now off for two days and look forward to getting in some exercise and taking in the lovely weather.
Since I’ve started this blog I’ve lost half a stone. I think a large part of this is due to me being able to fight my cravings with an outpouring of woe here!
I did however give in an order an indian at the weekend there but it had been a tough day. I got more annoyed at the fact the company I ordered through online emailed me to say “Thank you for not cooking”. A reminder that I had a fridge full of healthy food waiting to be transformed into a delicious meal.
Time for a workout!
What better way to encourage me to get outside and enjoy some fresh air? I’ve a few old cameras that should suffice lying around the house. Tomorrow… I know all that don’t put off tomorrow what can be yarn yawn today but I’ve work in an hour or two and a long shift at that!
I’ve started taking these along with my orange juice in the morning… EXCESSIVE VITAMIN C !! So far nothing noticable. Strangly the compulsion to write a blog seems to have a better effect. “I need to take these to get a good walk in to write about it! A positive circle?
Had one of these after my jog as part of my cooldown drink and they were horrible! Tasted like bad yoghurt >.< Fair enough I could only taste them for half a minute but all the same!
At least the weathers staying fine, no chance of getting me out when it’s lashing down!
Today I’ve begun the journey to feeling better. I’ve been getting back into shape and taking a good friends advice have decided to try a course of cod liver oil, vitamin c and zinc just to see if I feel better.
Although the first step (especially for me) was mental, I just don’t seem to have as much energy as I used to have!
I’m going to be trying out different remedies, supplements and vitamins and describing any changes I feel (if any) to help anyone else who needs that little bit of an extra push!
